We dispatch orders 7 days a week and you'll receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. You will also receive an email from our courier partner with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. 

We ship all orders on a fully tracked courier service. Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturdays, 8am - 6pm and the courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. 

Please add any delivery instructions or safe place information as a comment in the address section of checkout to ensure your parcel reaches you safely (UK deliveries only). Please note if you have chosen the signed for delivery option, you will need to be home to receive your parcel and therefore cannot add safe place information. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days after receiving your 'order shipped' email, please send us a message so we can look into this for you.

Refunds & Returns

Here at Cherry Tots Boutique, we are committed to delivering a great level of service to our customers. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to refund your item within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached. We regret that we cannot accept returns for goods that are not in this condition.

If you want to return an item, please send a request using our 'Contact Us' form or drop us an email at Please include your name and order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

When sending back your item, we recommend obtaining proof of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note the responsibility and liability of the goods remain with you until we are in receipt of the goods.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you free of charge or issue a full refund. 

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your item. Refunds will include the cost of the item as well as the original shipping cost.

Please note we do not accept returns of any sale items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service currently. Please follow our returns process above to return any unwanted items, and place a new order for any additional items you want to purchase.
